This system of yoga was founded by Sri Pattabhi Jois and introduced to the West in the early 60’s. Ashtanga Yoga is a set series of postures linked together with a specific breathing patterns to tone the body and quiet the mind.

Prepare to work hard and sweat it out as you build heat in the body with a strong, flowing practice. This is a dynamic yoga where we take a music filled journey incorporating challenging variations and transitions to build strength, endurance and flexibility.

In this Hatha style class, enjoy a slow flow which brings the element of time into the practice. Students will have the time to mentally engage with the body, as it moves through a series of postures (asanas). Suitable for those beginning their yoga journey as well as those on a well trodden path.

Work hard and play hard? In this slower class that focus on ease of movement within the body. With longer holds in postures for with the aid of blocks, straps and bolsters, Restorative Yoga combines poses designed to calm the mind and nervous system, whilst gently toning the body.

Find yourself getting the Monday Blues? In this class find yourself moving and flowing; then resting and restoring. A class with a 50/50 split between the differing Yin & Yang styles of yoga where you take a dynamic flowing first half followed by a slower restorative pace. Get ready for the week with aplomb.

Become confident, relaxed and trust in your body's natural instinct to birth. In this class, flow and move while you connect with your babies, deeply relax and meet other mamas to be. Suitable for women at 14 weeks + (or after first scan).

Bring your little one along for some parent-baby bonding and be part of a yoga community of new parents. With 30 mins of yoga for yourself before we follow with yoga, songs and movement for the mini yogis! Postures focus on strengthening abdomen, back and pelvic floor muscles, and releasing tension. Classes are suitable for mothers from 6 weeks after birth and for babies up until crawling.

£12 per class or £9 with a 5 Class Pass, with drinks & refreshments afterwards.

Journey in this 1 hours class and learn to work with the mind through deep held poses, mindfulness practices, centring, and breath-work (pranayama).

Leading this class is the very fantastic Ramila Patel, who is an advanced yoga teacher and wellness instructor.

Every Wednesday evening we’ll be running a charity class, at £5 it’s the most affordable class that we offer, but we will also be donating all sales to local Newham charity Lola’s Homeless to help with all of their good and important work. This is an all levels class, with different teachers hosting each month.

We are all part of a community.

Baby Massage is an ancient practice that is fantastic for new mothers and fathers to connect physically, and emotionally with their babies. It also encourages the mental and physical development in infants. The techniques in this course are certified by Hands On Babies who are recognised by the Royal College of Midwives. Suitable from birth up until whenever your baby decides they would like to move on! One parent/carer per baby: everyone welcome!

£55 per course with drinks & refreshments afterwards.
