Below are some of our up and coming special events and two hour workshops.

WORKSHOP: Water Mandala

October 26th 2-4pm with Lexi Elven - £25

Working with body and breathe, we will explore and move fluidly and intuitively ‘draw’ a mandala on our yoga mats in all 360 degrees. In this element we will focus on our hips and sense of emotions.

The class will start with meditation and Yin yoga, consist of a strong dynamic sequence, finishing with Yin to close.

Suitable for all levels, to those looking for inversions and tricky transitions.

WORKSHOP: Yoga Therapy for Self-Care

November 30th 2-4pm with Sian Granville & Stephanie Minchin - £25

This workshop will incorporate movement, breath and relaxation practices. These elements of yoga can support our systems into states of greater balance and can help us develop awareness of what our body and mind need as a foundation for self-care. There will be a combination of gentle, flow based and held postures, guided breath and mindfulness practice and reflection on the therapeutic application of yogic teachings and their overlap with modern day psychological models. Suitable for beginners.

Sian Granville is a trainee yoga therapist with The Minded Institute and a clinical psychologist in the NHS. Stephanie Minchin is a yoga teacher, trainee yoga therapist with The Minded Institute and a clinical psychologist in the NHS.
